Shipping & Returns Policy

US ORDERS

We are pleased to offer free Standard Ground shipping on all US orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and delivery. Orders for P.O. Boxes will be delivered within 5-14 business days and orders for APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are delivered within 14-21 days. All orders will be shipped via USPS.

For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email. During promotions and holidays, shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.

INTERNATIONAL

Please note that all international orders may require customs fees and can take up to 3-4 weeks to reach its destination. International orders must be processed through a customs facility and may be held at that facility to be claimed. Për Në Skin is not responsible for any customs fees.

RETURNS

We know you will love Për Në Skin as much as we do! However, If you are not fully satisfied with the product, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Returns within the US and Canada are free. For international orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment, and note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service at info@pernewskin.com within 7 days of your receipt date for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 7 days of your receipt date.

GIFT RETURNS

If you would like to return a product you received as a gift, you must show proof of purchase. Please request the order number and initiate the gift return below.
