We are not considered vegan as our essential tonic contains ethically harvested honey. We use no other animal products and never test on animals, nor do we allow our suppliers to conduct animal testing on our behalf.

Our Essential Tonic face toner comes in a dark amber glass bottle to protect the active ingredients from UV rays as they are sensitive to sun exposure. Please make sure to store your product in a cool, dry place to maintain its efficacy.
Çaj Mali is a traditional Albanian herb we source from local farmers near the Balkan Mountains of Albania. We export the harvest back to our labs in the United States where our premium skincare products are made. Our founder is California-based and runs all operations out of our office in Los Angeles.
Please always double check the ingredient list to be sure. However, we do not use any nut ingredients in our formulas.

Dedicated to sustainability and leaving the world better than we found it, we use only eco-friendly packaging made from 99% recyclable paper. We avoid excess packaging for all products.
We ship to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, Canada and Europe. We are aiming to be available worldwide in the future!
We are pleased to offer complimentary Standard Ground free shipping on all US orders. International shipping rates may vary. If your country requires duties and taxes to be paid for importing goods, these will be captured during the checkout process. Për Në Skin is not responsible for any customs fees. US Orders
Delivery times vary based on your location. Please check the delivery estimate calculator on our checkout page. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. Delivery estimates are based on orders placed between Monday & Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US nationally observed holidays. You will receive tracking details when your order has been processed and ready for collection by our shipping courier. Tracking information will take 24-48 hours to update. For example, you receive your tracking information on a Friday, it may not update until Monday when the shipment is collected from our warehouse.
International Orders
Please note that all international orders may require customs fees and can take up to 3-4 weeks to reach their destination. International orders must be processed through a customs facility and may be held at that facility to be claimed. Për Në Skin is not responsible for any customs fees or delays due to customs.
You can view your order status on your account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships. A tracking number will also be provided.
Our system is set up to process quickly so that our customers get their products. Because of this, editing an already placed order isn’t possible at this time. If you’d like to cancel your order, please send our Customer Experience Team a message immediately.
